Building on Your Strengths- Responding to Work Group Conflict

Prerequisite: The Extraordinary Leader Workshop

In keeping with the Extraordinary Leadership theme of building strengths to increase effectiveness, this workshop will explore specific strategies to build strengths in responding to work group conflict. We will discuss core skills that are most aligned with responding effectively to conflict, and will hear from other leaders who have experienced success resolving deeply rooted conflict within their team or work group.
