Driving for Results: The Leaders Role

Extraordinary leaders have the talent to build trust and engage individuals and teams in delivering excellent performance.  In this class, leaders will explore many of the competencies related to successful achievement of results, and will explore some of the most effective strategies used by organizations who have earned the Malcolm Baldrige Award. Throughout the class we will draw from the progress of leaders at UWMC who are in the process of completing their UWMC Management Certificate practicum project, and we will hear presentations from those who’ve completed their practicum project.
