Prerequisite: The Extraordinary Leader Workshop

You have attended the Zenger-Folkman Extraordinary Leader workshop, received your 360-degree feedback report, and created a personal development plan – a great first step in your own leadership development journey!  We also know that it takes discipline and determination to maintain momentum and work on these plans.  This workshop will offer strategies on how to use your development plan as a tool for identifying and refining your development goals and tracking your progress over time.
