Extraordinary Leadership Series

The Extraordinary Leadership Series is designed to prepare managers for the challenges of leading and managing in a complex and ever changing environment. The courses in this series are most appropriate for Directors and above or for those who have completed the Management Certificate Program.

Series Description

Extraordinary leaders are highly competent and credible in the eyes of many. In this series, leaders will engage in various learning activities aimed at developing the confidence, courage, and character needed to lead effectively through even the most difficult circumstances. Learning to anticipate and skillfully lead an organization through change, learning to engage stakeholders with diverse interests and learning to deliver consistent and reliable results, will be reviewed and practiced.

Eligibility

The Extraordinary Leadership Series is most appropriate for Directors and above or those who have completed the Management Certificate Program.

Courses will be offered in the half- or full-day format, allowing leaders to customize their learning.
