The Management Certificate Program is designed specifically to meet the needs of those who supervise or manage at UWMC. Those who are newly hired or promoted into a supervisory role should complete at least Tier 1 of this program within their first 6 months on the job. All who supervise or manage are expected to complete the entire Management Certificate Program.
