Bright Ideas

Do you have a bright idea for how we can work better together and improve our workplace? If so, tell us about it! Bright Ideas is a reward and recognition program designed to acknowledge employees of University of Washington Medical Center for ideas that improve satisfaction, efficiency, safety, productivity and eliminate waste in the workplace. Submit an idea online or complete an Idea Submission Form at one of many Bright Ideas boxes located throughout our facilities. Ideas will be reviewed and considered by a committee on an ongoing basis. Bright Ideas winners will be notified by mail and will receive a $50.00 gift certificate to an affiliated UWMC business.

You may submit ideas by completing an Idea Submission Form at one of many Bright Ideas boxes located throughout UWMC or online using the Bright Ideas submission form . (Opens in a new window and requires log in with your UWNetID).
