Bright Ideas

Do you have a bright idea for how we can work better together and improve our workplace? If so, tell us about it! Bright Ideas is a reward and recognition program designed to acknowledge UWMC employees for ideas that improve satisfaction, efficiency, safety, productivity and eliminate waste in the workplace. Submissions are received online (link below) and reviewed in Human Resources, before being forwarded to the most appropriate department or individual for consideration and possible implementation. If selected, recipients of a Bright Ideas Award receive a letter of recognition and a $50 gift card to the UWMC gift shop.
